My journey into pre-pregnancy care began not as a career, but as a life-changing experience. Fifteen years ago, I was simply a mother trying to understand her own body and emotions.
When my first child arrived prematurely at seven months, I was overwhelmed. She was delicate, and I lived in constant anxiety—balancing between fear and hope. That period taught me something profound: a mother’s stress directly affects her baby’s health and emotional well-being.
Years later, when my family encouraged me to plan for a second child, I wasn’t ready. But this time, I decided to take control—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through yoga, meditation, nutrition, and mindful living, I prepared my body and mind for a calm and conscious pregnancy.
And it worked. My second baby was born healthy, active, and full of life. More importantly, I felt peaceful and empowered throughout the journey. That was the turning point that inspired My Motherly Attitude.
Since then, I’ve worked with more than 1,000 women across the globe, helping them prepare for healthy conception and pregnancy through holistic Garbha Sanskar practices. Each mother I’ve met reminds me that motherhood is not just about giving birth—it’s about emotional readiness, balance, and joy.

Why I Started My Motherly Attitude
